I spent yesterday laying flat out, but I think that did it. I’m putting that episode behind me today I hope. Same markers as always, despite the diet. Gained 6 pounds overnight and felt like a truck hit me for four days. I did good. I honored the event and rested and didn’t have any coffee, and ate very little but drank a lot of broth and water. I’m getting better at this, and that brings me to….
Today. Which is awesome. I’m on my bike trainer now, feeling way better and needing to move after a week of laying around. Hopefully today will be an easy day of laundry and organizing and photo taking for listings, and listings! I put out some feelers for new renters this morning, so perhaps that will develop as well. I’m focused on my goals, namely my health, and creating a sustainable life here. Health is first, so I’m crushing goals at the moment. Which is rad. I got this.
