Yesterday was so great. I was so excited to set up my new machine I forgot to post here! I got it set up, cut some stuff, made a video of it, and overall had a giant success yesterday. I’ve been plotting this forever, and the potential is so freaking exciting I almost couldn’t sleep last night. But I did, because I killed it yesterday and I was beat.
Today is off to an awesome start. Workout done and hard, breakfast in the oven, a fire ripping in the stove, light rain and grey skies in the early dawn, and I’m up and can’t wait for what today holds. I’m hoping to cut some more test pieces, maybe draw up a design for my first real piece, and keep pushing on that project. I also need to fix the splitter and get some more wood up, go to town for dog food and supplies, and various other things I’m neglecting in my excitement. Not sure I’ll get to it all, but it’s gonna be a great one. I got this.
