Yesterday was amazing. I had a rough morning, but pulled through and had a good one. I stayed at the job for a while, which was a success, and still made it home for fencing and puttering. I put the cows and sheep on new pasture, did some construction in the duck pen for the pending chicks, and fed the chickens some scraps from the freezer. It was a good, easy afternoon after a busy day.
Today is off to a great start. My workout is hard and going well, the sun is up and gleaming off the shiny Strait, illuminating the bottoms of the dawn cloud cover. Gorgeous. I’m going to head into work again, which is putting a crimp on my shack attack, but will help with some big moves later this summer as I’m going to need some capital to finish the last few details before next winter. I’m so thankful for paying work and a good environment to do it in. I’m very fortunate, and grateful. It’s gonna be an awesome day, can’t wait to see what I get into. I got this.
