Yesterday was another superb day. I had a successful morning wrangling my bull back into the pasture after another break out. Came back up and did my legs and was pleased to find I’m progressing nicely on my elevated shrimp squats. During that, I got a call and had a lovely conversation with my great friend who let me know a gift was in the mail. I did some morning activities and continued this week’s project of backing up the computer and then headed down to get the mail and received a new field recorder from said friend. So awesome! I was so stoked, am so stoked, it has already inspired me! I came back up and finished the day with cleaning, finishing the computer work, and then for the first time in forever I got my guitar out and actually played music and recorded. That was absolutely wonderful, and I’m thankful for the inspiration and opportunity. Such a good day!
Today is going to be wonderful. I’m up and ready for the day, taking a break from workouts here at the end of my cycle. My fire is lit and it’s warming up in here and it’s not stormy outside. I’m hoping to do some more music tuning up, new strings on the guitar and some cleaning up. I’m meeting the new tenant to finalize that project, then town to do some errands. I’ve got some other tasks I might get to, but I’m so happy to be putting a few things to bed that have been on the list for a long time. Can’t wait to see how the day unfolds, it’s my day!
