Yesterday was a wonderful day. It’s been hot as it gets, and I spent the morning on the excavator before it heated up too much. I finished grading E of the shack, which feels awesome, and is ready for some seed once it starts raining again. I did some shipping and organizing, then did a great round of Off the Boat and cleared out a bunch of crap I did not use. Made some room up here, cleaned the place, and ended with yoga and food and rest. A great day!
Today is going to be fabulous. I’m up and it’s dark and grey and cooler. I may get right to working out my legs, or I may wait a bit and go for a long overdue bike ride through the woods. Hopefully I’ll get to the shop and get things set up for a winter workshop, perhaps some firewood chores, and maybe I’ll fire up the saws and do some trim. We will see. I’m so stoked, no high pressure jobs to wrap up this fall, so I’m going to keep picking at the details and hopefully go into winter well prepared. Whatever I get into today, I can’t wait to see how it unfolds. I got this!
