Yesterday was so amazing. I started with the mailbox, got back up here and got on the roof and fixed the chimney, bucked a few logs, split some, met with potential new roomies who were rad. It was a great day. I hope the roomies take the room, they seemed like a great fit. When I finally ended the day I had accomplished so much, and as I was winding down I got the notification that my tree order arrives…..
Today! Which is rad. It’s supposed to rain over an inch, and it seem like every year that’s tree planting day. I think it’s probably for the best, and it gets me out in a deluge which is great. So, I’m off to a great start here. Workout done, fire ripping this morning, the mountain is waking up across the strait in a glorious sunrise. No rain in sight yet, maybe I’ll get some more wood put up before it starts. It’s gonna be a great one team, let’s get it!
