With Gratitude

Yesterday and the weekend were wonderful.  I rested and reflected, had some great conversations with family and friends, and had a whole lot of lovely interaction and successes with my plan program.  I spent a lot of time on plans Saturday, launched a new set, and did the online lifting to get it off the ground.  That was all of Saturday, and Sunday I mostly just chilled and rested and planned the week.  It was a great weekend!

Today is going to be amazing.  I’m doing my handstands and they are hard!  I’m going to get after this workout, then get to fixing up the mistakes in the latest plans and getting the revisions out.  Hopefully I’ll get some time to go outside and get into this downpour and enjoy the Fall weather.  We will see, all I know is it’s my day, and I have goals I’m targeting.  Time to get headed towards them!
